Step By Step Drawing Anime Boy Character

Step 1 Draw the Face and Neck

Working on an anime boy delineation is veritably analogous to creating a girl character. Your first way should be to draw the figure for the face and neck before you can add the fun facial features.

Smoothly sketch a latitude circle with a perpendicular guideline going straight down the middle. You ’ll want this to extend past the bottom of the circle as far as you ’d like the chin to be.

Also draw a slightly twisted line down each side of the circle, leaning in further toward the bottom of the perpendicular line. Where these meet will be the bottom of the face.

Under the face, draw two perpendicular lines for the neck and a line off each side for the top of the shoulders.

Step 2 Add the Eyes, Nose, and Mouth

Draw two partial spheres on either side of the face with small, twisted lines outside for the cognizance.

Moving inside the face circle, in line with the cognizance, you ’ll start working on the biggest point — the eyes! Anime eyes drawing can feel complicated but remember to break it down into shapes to make it easier.

Start with two twisted lines on each side with the gap between them being the range you ’d like the eyes to be.

From then, draw in the twisted lines of the eyeballs and a lighter twisted line over the top for the eyebrows.

Shade in a small circle at the top of the eyeballs to produce the pupils, adding in a many short lines on the twisted lines under for eyelashes.

Along the center guideline, add a small V shape or two short lines for the nose. Utmost anime mouth delineation is a simple line in the nethermost third of the face, so add this in to complete the features.

Step 3 Add Hair

From the center point a little above the top of the face, start drawing twisted lines around the edges of the face. Anime hair is generally a little messy so don’t worry about this looking perfect!

You can indeed start drawing these down over the front of the face to give your anime boy drawing an indeed more classic look.

Eventually, draw over the top of your pencil lines with a pen to make your delineation stand out further and get it ready for coloring if you ’d like to add commodity redundant!
